Add "Ignore unlisted items" option to logistics groups settings

TL;DR: When "Trash unrequested" is enabled, **all** items not in enabled logistics groups are trashed. Proposed option should prevent trashing items which are not listed in logistics groups at all.
Rationale: you may want to keep some items manually stocked, like a car for movement, yet still be able to use that very convenient feature of switching loadouts. Or be able to perform some manual crafting without watching with wide open eyes after logistics bots stealing all your stuff.
