TL;DR

Setting 'inf' to 0 with double left clicking like you can do on the default number for 'Requested amount'.

What ?

My suggestion would be to make this small change of when you double click the 'Maximum amount' on the right side when making a logistics request it would go from 'inf.' to 0 like it does when you double click the 'Requested amount' on the left side.

If this GIF you can see double left clicking on the 'Requested amount' sets it to 0 but double left clicking 'Maximum amount' does nothing.

Why ?

This change would make adding autotrash rules much easier as you wouldn't have to touch your keyboard and could just use your mouse for quickly setting requests.

FWIW you can drag the right slider all the way to the left to set both fields to zero in one action.
