Trash / broken items integration

TL;DR
Sometimes even a machine makes a mistake and produce a faulty item.

What ?
I am suggesting for bringing more " broken items" into the game. In every factory sometime something goes wrong and the item is produced faulty

Why ?
It increases the value of the game by integrating some kind of " trash processing" into the game.
This trash can be processed by breaking it back down again into raw resources like ores or all sorts of plates. So the setup of Trash logistics is requiired.
I actually like the trash processing of space exploration. The trash proccessors shouldn't be to fast to regenerate the basic items so you need a decent setup to proces it as the game progresses.

I guess you could regard every item lower than best quality as trash... :D

The trouble with this idea is that every single assembly machine would have to filter between good items and trash. That seems like it would get old quickly.

It might make an interesting mod, though.

Science Cost Tweaker also does this. Most sciences produce scrap that can be recycled into iron/copper ore.

And ABC/Seablock has a whole heap of "I don't really want more of this here" byproducts to deal with.
