TLDR: the more a building stand in beacon coverage the more of a boost it gets.
what: giving beacons a trade-off instead of a flat boost by reducing efficiency if a building is not fully in beacon range.
why: i really like the challenge of fitting everything in a 12 beacon setup but it is unrewarding to put beacons closer to machines because of the flat boost
so i'm suggesting: a balanced trade off so you want to beacons be closer. it would also reduce the beacon spam.
i know there are already beacon changes in development but i wanted to at least post the idea
