[Switch] Navigate shortcut panel with right stick

It should be possible to navigate the [L] shortcut panel with the right stick. While it is currently possible to customize the navigation buttons, using the right stick is not an option yet.
Why ?
Holding L while using the C buttons is not very ergonomic. I believe navigation would be faster and more comfortable using the right stick instead. I would personaly make that the defaut, but having it as an option is good too.
