TL;DR

In addition to the Items, Liquids, Pollution, Kills and other tabs, add a Science Packs tab.

What ?

In the Production window, Science Packs should have their own tab in addition to being searchable
through the Items tab.

Why ?

In late-game play, Science Packs are by far the item most commonly searched for. Give them their own tab.

For even more awesomeness, after a rocket as been launched, allow for the Science Packs tab to become the
default tab that is first visible when opening the Production window with the P keystroke shortcut, or perhaps
assigned to some other key stroke.
