Toggle for multiplayer progress bars

What ?
Make a toggle in settings or debug window (F4) hiding the progress bars (save, download, catching up, dropping, etc.)Why ?
Time usage shown in debug window is very useful for improving multiplayer scenarios. Naturally, the most interesting data comes with players dropping out and reconnecting to the server, and since both of them are displayed in the same corner, debug values often end up obstructed by the bars.Additionally, on bigger servers where player rotation is basically constant, bars combined with custom gui can take a good chunk of screen space
