Fix the console log position window on screen

What ?

The console window now changes its position depending on the number of rows of the shortcut bar and the life/shield bars.
Make the bottom border of the console window fixed to fit the maximum number of quick access bar rows (or only change the bottom border when you change the number of rows in settings).

Why ?

When the console window is open and someone attacks the character, the shield bar appears/disappears, causing the console window to jump up and down. It's annoying.
