Add exactly 2 barrels filled with crude oil on the ship

This sound a great idea to play the game with OIL disabled and all you have to do is to rush coal liquefaction research to start using oil derivates.

The only problem is the Coal Liquefaction research requires the Chemical science pack (the blue one) which you need sulfur to obtain but if it only needed the red and green science pack could be possible playing the game with oil patches disabled.

Lastly add an achievement for obtaining Heavy/light/gas from coal with the condition to start with oil off.
