Now that flipping exists in the game, how hard would it be to program oil refineries so they could be flipped?

That would be pretty rad if you could fip oil refineries and chemical plants. There's probably something in the code that makes it difficult to do. But if that could be cleaned up it would be a nice quality of life feature.

There is nothing really difficult with it. There are already mods for that.

It would require having mirror recipes, iirc. That’s it. I doubt the devs will make it a base game thing as then we have extra recipes sitting in the UI simply for the mirror and then it’d be expected of them to account for mod added recipes.

Should maybe just be left to mods.
