Changing vehicle driving mode with all the controller kind

TL;DR

Possibility in the option menu to choose the vehicles driving mode (relative or absolute) for every king of control used.

What ?

The possibility to choose the vehicles driving mode between absolute or relative is present only if a controller is used.
It would be helpful to have it for all kind of controller so that vehicles can move in the same way as the player.

Why ?

Difficulty to drive around vehicles when using the standard control scheme (keyboard + mouse) with an emulated controller.
