Allow "Snap to Grid" change for existing tag

TL;DR

I love the new "Snap to Grid" option, but I miss the ability to change this setting after tag was created.

What ?

The new "snap to grid" option is (in my opinion) awesome and allows to create nicely order tags on the map, which is in general very useful for base planning and gives a great look on the map view. Unfortunately this setting is only available while creating a new map tag.

Why ?

One reason is for completeness because (as far as I know) every setting in factorio could be changed at any time BUT this setting is the exception, which I personally don't like. The other reason for me is again for base planning. It would be easier for the user the change the setting instead of deleting and creating a new map tag.
