more train conditions

It would be cool if there would be condition not only how long it should stay at a station but before the train even tries to go to a station it should give us another check.
This could work like "only go to this station if coal below 20"

I run circuit lines out to the train mining stops that keep the train at the stop until the resource is needed from the base.

I thought more about a train that goes to an iron mining station and then to iron oven station and inbetween check if it has enough fuel or if it should go to a refuelling station.
