Recycler / disassembly machine

Frequently I find myself with lotsa stone furnaces. or steel surfaces. or yellow belts in quantities exceeding those demanded by red belt production and hard to put for reuse. Same goes for gun turrets and their ammo. It would be fun to have some sort of deconstructor/recycler/disassembly-machine that gets assembled item and converts it back to ingredients. "unsmelting" is not necessary, just what assembly machine produces. with liquids lost in the process. That would be perfectionist paradise
