When panning remote view with the keyboard, diagonal panning speed is "slower" than on-axis panning speed. I'm assuming this is because it's using the same code as for player movement, since you don't want players abusing diagonal movement to run ~40% faster. But there's really no need for that limit in remote view, and it needlessly slows the panning down.
(This started with what I thought was a bug in /editor mode, until I understood what's going on under the covers. Now I can't unsee it. )
