[1.1.37] Flickering Power Lines When Moving

When moving in my factory a particular power line flickers. This powerline begins as a solid line and then the rest of it is a ghost line. Both the real part of the line and the ghost part flicker. I have not been able to reproduce the bug, even by copy-pasting the powerline and stuff around it. It only happens when I am at a certain zoomed distance, any other zoom is fine. Restarting the game does not resolve the bug. Below is a picture of the effected line and a video of the flickering. I apologize for the low quality of the video.

This just looks like anti-aliasing to me.
