[1.1.36] Main menu title text moves weirdly

Taller letters lower themselves relative to the other letters when the top of menu is moved to the top of the screen. This also applies to all of the other menus.
I am on version 1.1.36, I am running on MacOS 10.13.6 on a MacBook Air 6,2

I don't think we are going to worry about this one,
It seems a minor issue in a smaller than minimal screen resolution, so I am moving this to won't fix
