[0.17.79] Erroneous highlighting of deleted building when placing ghost

1. Place a building
2. Place a ghost next to it
3. Mark the building for deletion
4. Attempt (just hover) to place a ghost that overlaps both the placed ghost and the marked-for-deletion building

Expected: Entities which do not block placement should not be highlighted with red.

Actual: The marked-for-deletion building, which does not block placement of a ghost, receives a red bracket when your ghost-in-hand hovers over both it and something that does block placement.

Note: This works when a building blocks the placement of the ghost as well -- both the actual blocking building, and the non-blocking marked-for-deletion building, receive the same red highlighting.

Thanks for the report. As it is now; we don't actually know which thing(s) are in the way of what you're trying to build. So, we do a "best guess" and it's wrong in some cases.

To do otherwise would add an insane amount of complexity to the item-in-hand-to-be-built logic that I don't consider worth it.
