This is similiar to viewtopic.php?f=30&t=78504 but was not fixed by that change.

The wall will not build, because it is blocked by the cliff edge. However, the player is still able to walk between the last wall and the cliff (presumably biters will also be able to exploit this hole.)

Thanks for the report.
Unfortunatelly, this sometimes happens (cliff collides with tile to block a building placement, but not enought so that when the wall on neighboring tile extends a little bit, that it would actually block passage).
Won't fix, sorry.
