[0.17.32] Can't rotate rails with mouse wheel

I have bound the entity rotate command to the mouse wheel, up for clockwise and down for anticlockwise. I find this very convenient and have used it for a long time.

Since the recent change to the rail planner, mouse wheel no longer rotates when in planner mode (shift held down). Or maybe it never did, but at least previously I could rotate the rail in normal mode and then switch to planner mode, where the correct orientation was preserved.

Repro steps:
0. Bind "Rotate entity" to "Mouse wheel up"
1. Start laying track
2. Hold shift
3. Press "Mouse wheel up"
Nothing happens. Expected: rail plan rotates.
Same thing applies to "Mouse wheel down", and "Mouse wheel press"

I know it's a minor thing, but very inconvenient.

(also, in the train map preview, the mouse wheel zooms even if it's not bound to zoom)

Do you have Shift+Wheel bound to other actions?

Ah, you're right. I had it also on next/previous blueprint. It shouldn't interfere with the rail planner IMO, but whatever. Maybe this isn't worth a fix.

Thanks a lot!
