[0.16.51] Very fast assemblers/furnaces have too much productivity.

What?

A very fast assembler with only +10% productivity makes 31 green chips in one cycle. Using up only one plate and 3 cables.

Reproduction
  • Install the demo mod
  • Build an assembler 3.
  • Select green circuit recipe.
  • Put a single speed module 3 in it.
  • Put one iron plate and three copper cable.
  • See 31 circuits in the output slot.
Also works on furnaces to a lesser extend. Strength of productivity affects number of items produced. With 0% productivity it works as expected.

Thanks for the report however I don't consider this worth "fixing". If you have a machine that's so fast it produces >= 100% of the work needed to finishing 1 craft it's simply not going to work.

So it'll starting breaking at crafting speed 30.01 for standard 0.5s recipes? I'd think that there's quite a few of those "assembling machine tier 4,5,6..." mods with "beacon mark 2,3,..." that easily get there. And if somone dares to use 0.25s recipe the barrier drops to 15.01 crafting speed. Hm. That's a rather low barrier of entry to an exploitable "won't fix" bug.
