I am playing a modded game (bob's + Angel's) and realized that after whitelisting stone production, then stopping production for nearly an hour, the stone was removed from the production stats graph. This left all items blacklisted and the graph completely empty. Since the stone was gone, there was nothing to click that would turn the filter off.

I believe this shouldn't happen and that if an item is removed from the graph its white/blacklist should be removed as well.

I haven't tested this in 16.x but I don't recall this ever being reported. Sorry if this is a repost, I know you guys are working your asses off. Feel free to humiliate me accordingly!

Did you try clicking the small circular arrow in top right corner of panel?
I'm pretty sure thats the reset for filters.

Thanks for the report. Whitelist/blacklist works correctly in 0.16 and we have no plans to update anything except 0.16 going forward.
