Hello,

based on viewtopic.php?p=186289#p186289 I found out, that stack bonus is only applied after an inserter was built or performed an action. I attached a testcase. The left two inserter were build but not used before the inserter-capacity-bonus research. The right two were built after the research. If the belts will be added, the top left inserter behave different than the other three.

I can confirm something is strange:

This isn't worth the time and added code bloat to "fix".

Exactly, I knew about this from the start, but I decided for this solution to make it simple (and good related to performance).
