[2.0.13] Rolling stock sprites sometimes drawn under other entities in curves (under/over/top/drawn/train)

Sprites of rolling stock are sometimes drawn under other sprites that should be partially covered by them. The affected entities are mostly 1x1 entities, and the train has to be at a specific point in a curve for it to happen.

Why won't it be fixed?

The game has always been littered by variations of this issue and I don't know how to solve them in general way without radically changing the art style and re-making all the graphics. It's always case-by-case hacks to make it work (add some magic constatnt here, subtract constant there) just to find out some other case has broken by the "fix". So I came to accept these issues will always exist and it is not worth to me to put effort into fixing them, unless it is something trivial, like moving a sprite into higher render layer.

In this case, is it because the center of the wagon is located more north than the center of the other entity ?

Yes
