[1.1.72] Research Progress Rounding Discrepancy

The research in-progress bar has a different rounding method in different places of the research screen.
As you can can see in the attached image, the top progress-bar has the research completed at 86%, while the research-overview-details has it at 87%.
Note that I am not currently researching any tech (labs are starved for science packs) and that this is in a modded game (SE + QOL)
