[0.16.3] Substation supply area not rendering

Hi,
the substation supply area is not rendered when outside of view

Here i placed a substation with concrete over its supply area to show where it should render:

So when you zoom in with a power entity in hand it will render it as expected:

But when you move a bit away from it it will disappear:

I found out it occurs on all zoom levels and on all directions (supply area on top,bottom,left or right side of screen) with varying distances of course.
power poles seem to be not affected by this issue.

No mods were used.

Thanks for the report. This is due to the game not rendering things a ways outside of the view and isn't likely to be changed due to performance concerns.
