[Forum] A small "no pics, no clicks" rule to the mod section

On various forums that I frequent, there seems to be a general consensus for mods that pretty much says "no pics, no clicks." This forum apparently doesn't do that, even though we have entire subforums for mods that have no info threads or pictures/videos of them in action.

This is especially true for the Dytech mods, since it's split up into so many mods now.

Nah thanks. What pic would I add to my two mods?

They don't alter anything visible.

Then something that it changes, like a before/after pic.

If it's visible, then maybe the GUI or the items it provides.

Yes indeed, this would cause problems for mods that don't have a visible change(for example, how would you demonstrate with pics a mod that increases the base walking speed of the player?). Of course, mods like that could be an exception to the rule. :)

Yeah, you know, there's these things that humans have invented something like a couple thousands years ago, called letters. These days those are used to conduct information more often than pictures.
They tend to be plentiful on the mod-thread OPs and usually do the job well.
Besides, graphic is rather weak side of pretty much every mod. :)

Well, I kinda agree with the OP in this manner. Almost all mods can show before/after results of their mods, even the ones that makes no explicit changes, it kinda change/adds something that can be shown through an image or a gif.
