Greetings,

I made several attempts to upload a specific file (~17MB) as an attachment, but failed. I've tried

- loading in a set of multiple attachments, or alone
- resizing the image
- disabling browser addons
- using .png instead, worked (but the img is slightly smaller in MB)

I found the topics Attachment quotas and Forum FAQ, wich both say the file size should be ok.


I'm running linux mint 18.2 KDE with firefox 69.0.

anyone? ...

Happens to me when my connection is unstable. Or when some background app blocks the whole connection for even just 2~3 seconds to download updates. Other than that...i find it pretty annoying when people upload huge images that get downscaled to tiny sizes anyway, because it wastes bandwidth, and i have to wait for them to load.
