I wanted to ask if any of the forum moderators or Factorio team has a reason for why my post was removed from this bug report:

Because my post was removed, it made it difficult to find the original thread by search, since I knew I posted there.

I got a complaint that I necroed it and it was spamming up their active optics list from a developer, and since we didn't add anything more to the topic, I just undid all the posts

The bug is now resolved for 0.17, so I moved it to duplicates
