Changing Username problem

So I wanted to change my username and it won't allow me to. in the user control panel. Is this a bug or am I not allowed to? As you can see from the pic below the username only comes up in white and not a text box which I can edit the username from.

This is intentional, changing the username needs to be done by an admin.
If you want to change it then post your new name in this thread.

My desired forum name is Lemlin, as I use it in ingame etc.
