would it be possible to have an option to hide a users avatar?
there are a handful of avatars on the forum that i would rather not look at.

tried to find a plugin for Pale Moon to block specific images, but no luck so far.

Adblock works on specific images.

I generally just add them as a foe though.

thanks Dave. installed Adblock Latitude and it works like a charm.

The only blocker I'd currently install is uBlock origin.
The others are either slow and/or allow ad networks to be added to a whitelist for a fee.

sounds like they don't have unblockable *cough Jasmin *cough sites. seems to be running smooth so far.

ABP just uses magnitudes more memory and is way slower than uBO.

happy to see uBlock is supported in Pale Moon. giving it a try.
