Factorio Forums

Hi,

Sinds today i have a hard time reaching the forum, factorio.com has no issue, and other website has also no issue.

Problems started about 10hours ago, forum was not responding for about 30/45min. After that periode the website "forgot" my password.. (while i am always automaticly logged in)
Then the site forum worked later ok again, then again issue.
15min ago wanted to go to forum again, and it was again as slow as a snake.
For example, if the page loads, and the upper left Factorio logo is being download, you can see the image build up in 30sec..

My question, do other people experiance this also?

Well it seems this was yesterday for me, but haven't had any problems.

There was a wiki maintenance script running yesterday, that might've been it.

Today i have no issues!

I will report back if it happens again.

It just happend again for about 10min, (a few min ago)

Not responding with what kind of error?

Its just slow and then it times out.

Right now it loads also very slow, but it is responding.

Normaly it takes less then 1 sec to load a page, its now around 10.
When it times out, i have a white page for a minute or 2. (then need to try again, or in 10/15min)

The wiki is at that moment also not responding.

www.factorio.com is responding ok.

For me the forums load just fine.

Could this be a problem with your ISP or your browser/proxy configuration?

Could be, between my last post and now.

I was stuck on this page: (took 10min trying to get the site working, ( i clicked like 10 times on the link to return to my post.)

On my other monitor i am watching a live stream without any problems.

For my browser i already cleared history/ cookies etc. And have rebooted the computer/ router/firewall

Have you tried using the forums from a different web browser?

Yes when it happens, i also can't connect with Firefox or IE.

Have you tried resetting your browser to "factory" default? (Don't forget to back up extension stuff before resetting)
