There needs to be a procedure on where to put duplicate bug reports. Right now it seems pretty random if they:

• go to the same folder of the original report
• got to the Known Issues folder
• go to the actual Duplicate folder
• stay in the folder the report got posted even if it is not the same folder as the original

This makes it quite difficult to track them and results in even more duplicates.
