It should not be possible to start a new thread in Modding discussions forum.

All threads there should be moved to the Modding discussion subforum.

i have moved them to the right location but i cant lock the creation of new topics someone with admin rights has to do that

Hm.

The problem is, that if I change the type of that from Forum to Category it will look like the Mods-board.

But I won't like that (indeed I would like it the other way around). The only way I see is to change the rights. But I need to test this before. So it might take some time...
