Many forums that represent large games have a "fan work" section on the forum. Factorio has a place to post factories and other in-game creations, but where should a I post my creation of some awesome fanart? In the same place? And have it drown in the other posts about in-game creations? KSP is a great example of this- they have a section for fanworks, and another to show off the crafts that you've made.
I thought I would throw that out there as you can expect this forum, especially the place where you post factories, to explode in posts once the game arrives on steam and it would be best to have a special place for the people that do something outside the game
