"413 Request Entity Too Large" when attaching files

As the title says, I am experiencing the error, "413 Request Entity Too Large" when attempting to upload a new version of my mod in this thread: https://forums.factorio.com/forum/vie ... 93&t=17910
This is especially weird because my new version of my mod (1 567 686 bytes) is actually smaller than the version I previously uploaded (1 568 762 bytes)
Was something changed recently that may have caused the issue?
