what is wrong with this site

registration on factorio.com does not work for mods.factorio.com or forums.factorio.com , wiki.factorio.com

i tried to use login from factorio.com he didn't fit to forums.factorio.com
says that the user does not exist when i try to log in wiki.factorio.com
what are these different sites?
