Hey guys.

For anyone who doesn't know about my content, I have done quite a few Factorio series, both multiplayer and singleplayer. I have been looking forward to this 0.12 release for a very long time, and now that it is finally here, I have started a new single player playthrough of it. The goal of the series will be to reach the final end game of creating the Rocket Silo and then launching the Rocket into space. Throughout the series we will explore all the new features, items, and changes in 0.12. I am really looking forward to going through this playthrough together and experiencing all the new things!

Map and Biter settings:
All resources are left on default (medium) except for Oil which I set the Frequency to High sense I seem to run out a lot.
All biter settings are on High.
Water is set to low.

Really starting to make progress now. By the end of episode 4, I have Red Science totally automated and even bring the fight to a biter base.

Hey guys,
Episode #6 went out last night! Sorry there was a day gap in between 5 and 6, but I didn't quite get enough time to record one for every day this week. Another one coming out tonight, so keep an eye out for that.

In this one we create a small Steel smelting area and increase Iron smelting. Also close up a few gaps in the walls and increase defenses even farther for the coming waves of attacks.

In this episode I start making a very small amount of lasers (wow they are super expensive now ), and start a very small production chain for normal circuits to put on the main bus. We also realize that the current power generation of 20 Steam Engines is no where enough with even a few lasers. haha

In this one we fix the power problems, and go looking for more coal which leads us to killing a biter base and finding out first hand how powerful the new laser turrets really are.
