Is it possible to host a dedictaed server for factorio? i own several servers that are running 24/7 and would like to host one or several factorio sessions.
Unfortunetely they have no real grafic card, so the game itself won't start. is it possible to start a dedicated session?

At this point, no.

But I think the devs already think about something like that (I have read somewher something in that line).

Is there any way of speeding up the the downloading seed part with 3-4 ppl joining this takes some time...

(Script is being made for running the game on linux servers with a helper mod,
using a dummy video output for now, with --no-gui option being considered by devs)
