a sort of "defend the core" scenario

i've got an idea to create a "core" from a tank, and if it is destroyed, the player it belongs to loses. this is a 1v1, and if anyone wants to play with me, i will go over the details and we will come up with certain things we want changed. first, there are a few things i would like to say.
1. the "core" tank cannot be driven
2. research costs will be reduced and speeds will be slightly increased depending on the time passed in game
3. ore/oil richness will be increased slightly
4. no biters/spitters
i would prefer if you are in the same timezone that chicago is in.
and most importantly, you must be sort of noobish
by this, i mean you haven't completed the game, you're not very good at mass production, or just kind of under average at everything.

Sounds like PvP scenario. There is a default PvP scenario you can host and try that out.
