Is there a way to change the starting positions in multiplayer mode so that everyone appears somewhere else?

Everyone builds their base alone and builds to the other and then marvel at them.

PvP scenario offers this functionality

Set the teams to the same team number if you want to be friends, and lock the teams so you can't switch to enemy
