A Coal Liquefaction Challenge!
Based on Katherine of Sky's Belt Diva mapseed but generated in 0.15.
This has resulted in a desert start so expect an early visit from the neighbours
Resource distribution by a heavily tweaked RSO which means.....
No uranium in start area.
Oil is very scarce apart from in the start area.
Coal is plentiful, however!

Recipes and Tech are set to expensive.
Biter expansion is turned off.

Anyone is welcome, although this map is not really suitable for beginners.
You MUST use the RSO version in the modpack, otherwise the server will not let you in!
