Both your service agreement and your privacy policy are extremely one-sided. There is mention of advertising, very vague. No option for cookie management. No mentioning of GDPR, while you have servers in Europe. (it is forbidden to save personal details of customers in EU outside Europe).

I would strongly advise against using this service.
