Names of multiplayer games, and players

Is there a policy/mechnanism in place for the names that players have, or their actual games?

I am surprised, and uncomfortable seeing things like this on the multiplayer sharing site:

Is this, and other provocative names something that is allowed/monitored/whatever? What's the policy, if any?

I'm sure an admin or moderator will respond with the answer to your question, but personally, I don't care much about such names (and I'm not aware of any policy regarding them). it's not as if they are being offensive specifically towards you. In many cases, they're 13-year-olds trying to be as obnoxious and provocative as possible. I don't pay them any mind. In fact, I'd be more worried if the developers would set a policy where they actively take people's servers offline if they don't like some aspect of it, e.g. the name.
