How to get 'Brine'?

I Have all Bob's mod, and I'm using electrolyser to get 'Chlorine' and 'Hydrogen' from 'Brine'.



but i cant understend where find "Brine"' or how to get it.
please help me...

Brine is unlocked quite late in the game, the Brine Electrolysis recipe is the alternate recipe added by BobRevamp...
Use the other one, Salt water electrolysis, it costs Salt and Water instead of Brine.


Also this answer is based on you using Bob's mods with no other mods installed... because you didn't say anything about other mods. A lot of other mods, such as Angels completely restructure my own mods to the point I don't even know what's going on. So if you're using angels, my answer is probably wrong.
