We have a multiplayer game running on Factorio 0.16.49 and cannot see lithia water anywhere on the map - can see pure water, but no lithia. The mods and versions we are running are:

We're reasonably late game so have researched most things now, but can't see lithia water on the map anywhere.

Do you get any messages from RSO on console or in log?
You should have only messages like this one from RSO in log: Also how far did you look?
Since bob's set has quite a lot of ores they might get hard to find.
You can post save over on RSO forums and I will take a look.

You have RSO installed, this will over-write how ores are spawned.

When i played with rso and just bobs, sometimes lithia water was super hard to find, and sometimes it was just nextdoor, RNG at its best.

Yeah I've been hit by this too quite a few times - and more ores you have the bigger changes for some outlier to search for. Like having no gold closer then 3k tiles with bob's set.

I have some idea how to help with this by balancing ore generation but it has one severe drawback - you would be unable to regenerate same ore layout.
