Most of bob's mods were written with minimum interference to base game recipes in mind.
Revamp was one of those mods that did more sweeping changes, the first of which was an oil overhaul.
it splits up oil refining research so that you unlock the entities like pumpjack and chemical plant on their own research (Which works well for my mod) and changed up how you make sulphuric acid.
It then later went on to change what it costs to launch the rocket, adding an extra item and redoing all the recipes, including a whole new chain for making rocket fuel.
long story short, better integrates my mods into the base game.
