Why are your mods so good and huge?
What education do you have?

I'm not on the dev team, but I do have source access.
My mods are good, and huge because I've been working on them for quite a long time, more than 3 years now, started about 2 weeks before the 0.10 major update went beta. And I follow a few simple self-written rules.
As for my education... I have a HND in Electronics and Telecommunications, that's a Level 5. or about 2/3 of a university degree.
