Is there a link to see whats added or changed from vanilla

mainly regarding bobs logistics but would love if there is one for all.
Since what is added highly depends on what combination of mods you install, there's actually a debate about how we should go about presenting the information.
no, there is no list for the current versions of the mods. There used to be for earlier versions, until I found it hard to keep track of everything that was being added and changing. There were notes that I had written for myself to know what I was doing, but they weren't fit for publishing as any form of readable list.
