there is no description how to pump them. not even my pumpjack works.

If you're talking about those blue patches of water similar to oil, a pumpjack SHOULD work (Unless I've messed it up somewhere)

The intended solution is to build a water miner (or water mining drill, or water pumpjack, I can't remember what I called it) from the bobmining mod.

i have that mod and my pumpjack didnt work.

it simply cant be placed.

You need the separate "Water Pumpjack". In your picture you have normal pumpjack which wont work.
There should be "Water Pumpjacks" research already at plain red science.

I cant see any water pumpjack in my crafting. And I already research all the water bore.

It seems the recipe are missing.

Then i dont know, i play with 0.15 with everything updated and with default mod settings. Bob or someone wiser has to help you

The water pumpjack is not part of the bobplates mod, it's part of the bobmining mod, that's what you need to get the water pumpjack.

I mean like, what version of factorio? 0.15.27 or 0.14.22 as examples.

nvm its fixed. (i redownload)

I just pretty much hit update mods button each time i launch the game.
